I have no doubt left in my mind that "human" is the most cruel species alive on this planet. Who the heck gives us any right to claim the lives of innocent creatures? The govt , as usual , is trying to cover up its mismanagement and inadequacy by resorting to slaughtering the poor beasts. It really boils my blood ! I would love to see the butchers (dog catchers) behind bars since their action is illegal; and how about the same pain inflicted upon these bastards!
